Our privacy commitment

Kosmos Rentals LLC collects names, emails, and shipping addresses strictly to process lodging bookings and fulfill apparel orders via Printify. Financial transactions are securely processed externally by Stripe; we do not store credit card data. Personal information is never shared or sold.

“Never shared or sold” means we do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Necessary service-provider processing is described below; information must be provided to Stripe and Printify to complete your transaction.

Information we collect and why

We collect information you submit for inquiries, reservations, agreements and orders, including your name, email, billing or shipping address, and phone number where requested. Booking records include dates, guest count, rule acknowledgements, agreement signatures and payment status. We use these records to answer your request, provide your stay, fulfill your order, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. If you separately subscribe to email updates, we use your email for those updates; you may request removal by email.

Payments and service providers

Stripe securely processes card payments; card details are entered in Stripe’s payment interface, not stored by Kosmos Rentals LLC. We retain transaction references and payment status. Printify and its fulfillment and delivery partners receive the order and shipping details necessary to produce and deliver apparel. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, record storage and transactional email services. These providers process information needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect rights and safety.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls to restrict private booking and order information. Browser storage supports your cart and, for owners, sign-in. Operational logs help diagnose service failures. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained as needed to fulfill bookings and orders, resolve disputes and satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements; unnecessary data may be deleted.

Your choices and requests

You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw from email updates. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law or an unresolved transaction. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law. Our services are not directed to children; direct-booking guests must be over 21.
